Yes. Once GhanaBrick confirms the group, each builder pays a deposit (typically 20–30% of estimated material value) to secure their slot. The coordinator will communicate the exact amount.
If a group doesn't reach the minimum number of builders before the deadline, GhanaBrick will contact all registered participants and either extend the deadline or fully refund any deposits paid.
Delivery is coordinated for the group. You'll agree on a shared window with your coordinator. This is what enables the discount — individual delivery scheduling is not part of Group Build.
Group Build is a coordinated programme — not just a bulk discount. You get a dedicated coordinator, a shared build timeline, and neighbourhood-level logistics. It works best when you're genuinely ready to build within 3–6 months.
