We visit each member’s site, check the soil and access, and send a written quote, foundation included. GH₵0 to join.
Once 3 members have signed their build agreements, your coordinator confirms the group and books each house its own start slot, readiest site first.
Each member pays the depot directly for materials, pays for bricks when they arrive, and pays labour every Friday after seeing the week’s work. Neighbours within about 3 km share one crew and matching bricks.

Open teams have 21 days to reach 3 houses. If a team doesn't fill, everyone is free to build at the normal package price, or walk away owing nothing.

A full GhanaBrick house package: we build the foundation in blocks and the brick walls up to roof level, with bricks at the group price. Neighbours within about 3 km share one crew and one batch of bricks, so the street matches.
