We send photos and video of the week’s work. You check it, then pay that week’s labour. A missed Friday pauses work on Monday.

Questions
Is this the cost of the whole house?
It covers your house from the ground to roof level: the foundation in blocks with the floor slab, and all the brick walls with columns, lintels and ring beam. The roof, windows, doors and finishing are extra, and we can quote them too.
How is the foundation priced?
We quote it in writing within 24 hours of a free site visit. Soil, slope and drainage change the cost, so we never guess it in advance.
What does “GH₵0 to start” mean?
There is no deposit and no mobilisation fee. You pay the depot directly for cement, blocks, sand, chippings and rods when your load is ready, you pay GhanaBrick for bricks when they arrive, and you pay the crew every Friday after seeing photos and video of the week’s work. It is not a loan: there is no interest.
Why do I pay the depot directly?
So your material money never passes through us. You pay the depot’s own price, the receipt is in your name, and our fee is separate and in writing. We choose approved depots for quality, order for you and send you photos and the invoice before you pay.
Who pays for transport from the depot?
We book the trucks and bill transport with each stage. It depends on the distance from the depot to your site, so we quote it in writing after the free site visit. Full stage-sized loads keep it low.
What happens if I miss a Friday payment?
Work pauses on the Monday until it is paid. You never pay for work you have not seen.
Can I stop halfway?
Yes. Pause after any week or stage and you owe nothing more than the materials already on your land and the work you have already seen. No penalty and no cancellation fee. When you are ready, we book your next stage.
How much more is a third bedroom?
GH₵21,300 more on the brick walls: GH₵131,700 in all, in three stages of about GH₵43,900. A 3-bedroom also has a bigger foundation, which we quote free after the site visit. This is for a typical plan; we price your own drawings exactly.
My foundation is already done. Can you build just the walls?
Yes. The walls cost the same: GH₵110,400 for a 2-bedroom, plus GH₵21,300 for a third bedroom. We inspect your foundation first, free.
Can I buy just the bricks?
Yes: GH₵43,200 for a 2-bedroom and GH₵54,000 for a 3-bedroom, delivered in Greater Accra and Central Region, at our package price of GH₵3.60 a brick.
Are the brick counts exact?
They are typical figures: about 12,000 bricks for a 2-bedroom and 15,000 for a 3-bedroom, with single-leaf walls in a concrete frame. We confirm the exact count from your drawings, free.
Do I need a building permit?
Yes. The drawings and building permit are the owner’s responsibility, and our agreement says so. We strongly advise having the permit before work starts.
Where do you build?
We build in Greater Accra and Central Region only. Building elsewhere? We can still deliver the bricks: Elsewhere in southern and middle Ghana: GH₵4.50 a brick delivered, on orders of 5,000 or more. Northern regions and smaller orders: quoted per truck trip.
