GhanaBrick collects the information you submit when you request a quote, place an order, apply for financing, register for training, join a group buy or group build, or contact us on the website or WhatsApp. This may include your name, phone number, email, project location, delivery details, order details, and payment reference.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes, confirm orders, arrange delivery, process payment confirmation, review financing requests, provide customer support, and improve our clay brick products and services.
Payments
Payment instructions are confirmed by GhanaBrick after quote review. If online payment is enabled for a confirmed order, it is handled by a payment processor such as Paystack. GhanaBrick does not store your card or mobile money PIN details. We store payment references and order status so we can confirm your order and support you after payment.
Sharing
We may share only the information needed with delivery partners, payment processors, email providers, and operational partners who help us serve your order. We do not sell customer data.
