A professional supplier will have a batch inspection record, real laboratory test numbers or a date they are due (not "very strong"), a clear refund policy in writing, project photos from recent builds, and a transparent delivered-to-site price with a named lead time.
Red flags: vague answers on quality, no inspection record, no written replacement terms, no project references, prices "by arrangement" with no list rate.
