How it works
GhanaBrick offers milestone financing on approved building packages. You pay 40% down, then 6–24 months of instalments. Materials are delivered in stages as payments clear and as your build needs them.
This matches the cash-flow reality of most self-builders: you don't need all the bricks on day 1. You need them as the walls go up. Our financing aligns delivery with construction pace.
Typical terms
For a GH₵80,000 shell package:
- •Down payment: GH₵32,000 (40%)
- •Financed amount: GH₵48,000
- •Term options: 6, 12, 18, or 24 months
- •Interest rate: ~15% APR (subject to credit review)
- •Monthly instalment (12 months): ~GH₵4,300
- •Milestone deliveries: foundation-level, wall-plate level, roof-ready — materials arrive as you reach each stage
Who qualifies
Requirements for financing approval:
- •Ghana Card or Voter ID
- •Proof of income (3-month statement or pay slip)
- •Land title or signed plot agreement
- •Project plan (architectural drawing or sketch)
- •2 references with Ghanaian phone numbers
How to apply
Complete the Financing application form on the site. Initial response within 24 hours. If approved, we schedule a site visit and confirm the delivery milestone schedule. First delivery dispatches within 3–5 days of final sign-off.
